This policy applies to bags and luggage purchased from BagLuxury.
1. Time limit for requesting a return
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to notify us that you wish to return an item, without giving a reason. If an order is delivered in several parcels, the period starts when you receive the last item.
Email preniumguan@gmail.com with your name, order number and the items concerned. A clear statement of your decision is sufficient; the form below is optional. Exercising this right does not require prior approval from the store.
2. Sending your item back
After notifying us, send the item back within the following 14 days. Contact us for the return address and instructions before shipping. Do not automatically send the parcel to the address on its packaging. Our response does not extend or reduce your statutory rights.
Pack the item securely and include your order number. We recommend tracked shipping and keeping proof of dispatch.
3. Condition of returned items
You may examine the item as you would in a shop. Return it with the accessories supplied and, where possible, keep its labels and original packaging. Their absence alone does not remove a statutory withdrawal right. A reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature and characteristics may be deducted from the refund, within the limits of applicable law.
Sale items have the same return conditions.
4. Return shipping costs
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return shipping costs. If an item is defective, damaged on delivery or does not match your order, BagLuxury covers the necessary return shipping costs. Contact us to arrange the return.
5. Refunds
We refund the original payment method without a refund fee. The refund includes the price of the returned items and, if you withdraw from the whole order, any standard delivery charges paid. Additional costs for an expressly chosen, more expensive delivery option are not refunded.
We issue the refund within 7 calendar days of receiving the returned items or proof of their dispatch, whichever happens first. Any applicable statutory refund deadline is respected: for withdrawal governed by European Union rules, no later than 14 days after notification of your decision, with the right to withhold the refund until the items or proof of their dispatch are received, whichever happens first. Your bank or payment provider determines when the funds appear in your account.
6. Defective or incorrect items, or an undelivered order
Email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may help us assess it, if available. We will assess your request and offer the remedy required by applicable guarantees and rights. The change-of-mind return period does not limit your rights concerning defects, lack of conformity or non-delivery.
